This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Blaze Bids, Inc. (“Licensor”) and the individual or entity submitting a vehicle for sale (“Seller”) on the website www.blazebids.com. By submitting a vehicle for sale, the Seller agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant
   • The Licensor grants the Seller a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for the purpose of listing and selling vehicles.

2. Registration and Account Security
   • The Seller must register for an account on Blaze Bids to submit their vehicle for sale. The Seller agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary.
   • The Seller is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. The Seller agrees to notify the Licensor immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.

3. Vehicle Submission Requirements
   • The Seller agrees to provide accurate information regarding the vehicle being submitted for sale, including but not limited to make, model, year, mileage, condition, and any known issues.
   • The Seller must upload authentic photographs of the vehicle, accurately representing its current condition.

4. Transaction Fees
   • A service fee of 1.5% will be payable by the Buyer on every transaction completed through the Site. This fee will be deducted from the transaction total at the close of auction.

5. Price Adjustments
   • The Buyer reserves the right to negotiate and change the price with the Seller upon physical examination of the vehicle. Any adjustments must be mutually agreed upon by both the Buyer and Seller before finalizing the transaction.

6. Use of the Site
   • The Seller agrees to use the Site in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Seller shall not:
     • Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
     • Provide false or misleading information about the vehicle.
     • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or any systems or networks connected to the Site.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
   • The Site is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. The Licensor makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Site or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Site.

8. Limitation of Liability
   • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or the inability to use the Site.

9. Termination
   • The Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the Seller. Upon termination, the Seller shall cease all use of the Site.

10. Governing Law
    • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to this Agreement
    • The Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. The Seller’s continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

By submitting a vehicle for sale on Blaze Bids, the Seller acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement.
